• Processing Time: Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.

• Domestic (Switzerland): Shipped via Swiss Post. Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days.

• International Shipping: We ship worldwide! Delivery times vary by destination (usually 7-14 business days).

• Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
